Order cancelation:

We only start production on an order after the payment has cleared in our account. An order can not be canceled once production has started, however if you need to cancel your order for some unforeseen reason please contact us as soon as possible. If we have not started the manufacturing process, we will cancel and refund your payment. However if production has started we will deduct labor and material costs already used and refund the rest.


Returns:


As our products are handcrafted there might be small deviations from the advertised photos (grain in the wood or natural imperfections). 


We only accept returns if:

  • In the unlikely event that the wrong item has been delivered to you, we will cover the return costs and ship the correct item to you as soon  as possible.
  • If the item is damaged or broken upon arrival we will pay the shipping costs for the return and depending on the problem we will either replace or repair the item in question. Please note that we will only do this if you inform us of the problem within 48 hours of receiving the delivery. We get informed by the courier companies when an item has successfully been delivered and will only entertain any claims of damaged goods within 48 hours after delivery.
